A Minnesota developer wanted something a little different for his subdivision sign. Strata came up with the idea of using a single sided hanging sign, rigidly mounted to a custom arched cedar framework.

This subdivision sign incorporates the project's tree logo and script text. The richly carved tree in metallic gold set against a black background adds an extra bit of elegance.

In addition to the subdivision entrance sign, 16 custom lot marker signs were included in the order to help potential home buyers refer to properties they were interested in.

Development entrance signs are an invaluable sales tool. Nothing else gives the impression of quality like a well designed, hand-crafted, deeply carved dimensional sign, which reflects well on the builder’s offerings.

And after the community is settled, the signs act as neighborhood entrance signs for many years, instilling pride of ownership for the residents.
